This Privacy Policy explains how MZ ITECH SOLUTION collects, uses, stores, and protects personal data submitted through the public e-Invoice request/fetch portal.
Scope
This policy applies only to public e-Invoice lookup, request, PDF/email delivery, validation reference, and related customer support workflows available on this domain.
Personal data we may collect
- Invoice or document number, document date, total amount, currency, and related transaction identifiers needed to match a document.
- Name and email address when you request delivery or follow-up by email.
- Submission time, IP address, browser/device metadata, request status, and basic audit logs used for security, fraud prevention, troubleshooting, and abuse prevention.
- e-Invoice status information such as validation status, UUID/reference number, QR/validation link, timestamps, and public document metadata where available.
