Terms of Service for public e-Invoice request and fetch services
These Terms apply when you use the public e-Invoice request/fetch portal provided by MZ ITECH SOLUTION.
Permitted use
- You may use the portal only to request or fetch e-Invoice information for documents that relate to you or your organization.
- You must provide accurate document details and must not attempt to guess, scrape, enumerate, or access another party’s documents.
- You must not overload, attack, bypass, automate abusive requests, or interfere with the portal or its security controls.
Document matching and availability
The portal only returns a result when submitted details match system records. Availability of PDFs, validation references, QR links, or email delivery may depend on document status, cutoff rules, validation status, system availability, and compliance requirements.
Customer responsibility
You are responsible for checking that submitted invoice/document details are correct. If a request is unsuccessful, contact the issuing company with your invoice details.
Privacy and audit
Requests may be logged for audit, security, support, abuse prevention, and compliance purposes. Use of the portal is also subject to the e-Invoice Privacy Policy.
No misuse or unauthorized access
Any attempt to access documents that do not belong to you, bypass rate limits/security, or misuse the portal may result in blocking, investigation, or legal action.
Service changes
The portal may be updated, limited, paused, or changed to meet operational, security, tax, or regulatory requirements. We aim to keep the service reliable, but uninterrupted access is not guaranteed.
